Hefei Bolin Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was founded up in
1997, who is engaged in oilless self-lubricating wrapped
bushing and bearing and structure powder metallurgy parts.
We are producing full line of self-lubricated, marginally
lubricated and fully lubricated plain bearings. Our
products are available in a variety of forms such as
cylindrical wrapped bushes, flanged bushes, thrust washers,
etc.
As the picture shows, the material is three layers, of
which the base plate is cold-rolled steel, the middle layer
is porous sintered bronze powder, and surface layer is
improved PTFE. By the special craft and unique structure,
the self-lubricating bearing gains excellent mechanical
properties, good anti-friction and wear resistant.
